AA Series exhaust hoods, fan guard, and venturi frames can be provided in galvanized steel or stainless steel materials. If requested, these hood components can be powder coated to meet typical plant/site color code conventions, or they can be Heresite coated for corrosion protection. The fasteners for assembly can be galvanized steel or stainless steel. The pictured air cooled heat exchanger assembly is shown with green powder coated exhaust hood components and a Heresite coated aluminum air to air bar and plate heat exchanger core.
The OSHA approved fan guard design has a 6mm center-to-center wire spacing to prevent injury. The exhaust hood includes a 9″ x 9″ removable panel to access the motor conduit box. Flanges and finned surfaces are protected with chipboard for shipping. This heat exchanger is ready to be shrink-wrapped prior to shipment.
